1. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We partner with The Courier Guy, a trusted and reliable courier service, to ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time across South Africa.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Custom Engraving Orders: Orders that include custom engraving may require an additional 1-2 business days for processing. Engraving is available on up to 4 sides of the BraaiLift, with a maximum of 20 characters per side. A once-off setup fee of R100 applies, plus R2 per letter (spaces are free).

3. Shipping Time and Rates

Delivery times and rates vary depending on your location:

• Major cities (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban): 2-4 business days.
• Other areas: 4-7 business days.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and package weight.

4. Order Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on The Courier Guy's website to monitor your delivery status.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we only ship within South Africa. We are working on expanding our delivery options to international destinations in the future.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at . We will work with The Courier Guy to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. WoodMasters Suppliers (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
